Thanks to the help of many Arnett cousins, I've obtained documented evidence of my earliest known ancestor being David Arnett,who died in King William County,Virginia, and whose will was written in 1738. That, and his childrens' names, and his wife's first name, is about all that seems to be known about him. Has anyone found more evidence of his origin, or of his parents' or siblings' names? I've read that he might have been David Arnott, the prisoner from Scotland, and that his origin might be Barbados, but not much with which to support either one.
