Arnetts from Baltimore 1900

I'm stuck. I can only trace my maiden name ancestry back to my great grandfather. If anyone has any information at all to help me connect beyond this point, please help! Thanks!!!

grandfather: William Walton Arnett, Sr
b. 1925
d. 1990

His older siblings: Margaret E. Arnett & James Louis Arnett

Parents: James Wilson Arnett & Norma Ruth Butler (married May 23, 1910)

James' mother was Margaret Neal (according to my family...I have not been able yet to verify) and Louis W. Arnett (again, according to family). James had a younger brother, Louis Walton Arnett.

Based on census records (1900 census), Margaret Arnett married William T. Gallion in 1898. Her youngest Arnett child was born in 1888. So in theory, the child's father died sometime between 1887 and 1898. I found a death certificate for a Louis C. Arnett who died in April 1888, but when I call the cemetery listed as his final resting place (Baltimore Cemetery) they claim not to have anyone by that name. And there is really very little information provided on the death certificate itself of value (no spouse or parents named).

Also in census records, the birthplace of James and Louis's father is listed as Maryland.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
