Correction. I need information on a Colonol Arnett plantation owner in Florida either Poke or Seminol County. His son my grandfather didn't have any black gene in him after all. Sorry for the mistake. This is why he had 2 white families before marrying my fathers mother.
He was scottish irish decent, not french. Allen Louis Arnett is the name. Story handed down is he was a bounty hunter though and was related to the movie actor James Arness through cousins or something.
Don't know but am looking for my sides family lines. Not interested in making some caucasians upset or anything like that.
