I have a genealogy posted by Joyce Kelley on World Connect showing Andrew Arnett and Edy Walters'marriage with:

CONSENT: FATHER, LEAVIN ARNETT
Test: Nancy Stanley, James Arnett

so that is why I connected my Andrew with Levin.

I have been trying for 3 years to find another source for this. There was a Leavin/Levin/Levin Arnett there in 1815(the marriage date).
I am trying to find someone who knows where Levin and his brothers went after selling their share of their father's land in North Carolina. One document is dated 1796 and the other is dates 1800 from Stokes County. In Stokes County, NC, tax lists Leven Arnett is listed for 1793, 1794, 1795, 1796,1797,and 1798.

I believe the 1810 Census showing Levin Arnett in Madison County is the same Levin as the one who gave parental consent to the marriage. And, yes, Levin disappeared in 1816 from the Jessamine County tax lists and Rebecca appears. My Andrew shows up from 1819-1834. He moved his family to Shelby County, MO, and is in the 1840 census there. John D. Arnett, born in NC, is also in the 1840 census for Shelby County but is in another MO county in 1850. John D. Arnett is from Valentine Arnett's line. No one in that family who I've contacted can tie my Andrew in with theirs.

No, I don't know Levin's wife's name.

I wish I could help you. We're all at a standstill unless someone finds a will or bible or something.
