“Arnett Rites Set For Arkansas. Funeral Services and burial for Delbert C. Arnett, 72, who died in Oklahoma General Hospital Friday will be held in Pine Bluff, Ark. Arnett was the father of Mrs. Loren Freelan of Clinton. Arnett had lived here about eight months. He had lived in Pine Bluff 19 years. Other survivors include his wife, Clara, four other daughters, Mrs. Robert Walker of Moro, Ark., Mrs. Charles Melton of Vian, Mrs. Rich Heflin and Mrs. Charles Graham of Pine Bluff, three sons, Russell Arnett of Attica, Kans., Sgt. Louis Arnett of Ft. Bliss, Tex., and Loyd Arnett of Pine Bluff, a brother Joel Arnett of Presscott, Ark., and two sisters, Mrs. W. B. Gingerich of Stuttgart, Ark., and Mrs. Stella McClure of Nimmons, Ark.”
[Note: This Delbert is believed to be the son of Harvey Arnett and Amanda Grimmett. I am interested in sharing information with anyone researching this family.]
