John E. Arnett
July 8, 1957 – May 20, 2002
John Edward Arnett, 44, 2964 N. Fulton County Road 700 West, died at 1:58 a.m. Monday at Woodlawn Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born in Rensselaer, to Joe and Delores Garcia Arnett, he married Pamela Sue Knight, March 11, 2002, in Kissimmee, Fla. She survives.
Mr. Arnett was a self-employed concrete finisher and construction worker. A 1975 Rochester High School graduate, he was a member of the Plasterers, Cement and Masonry Union Local 101, South Bend, and Moose Lodge 1107, Rochester.
Surviving with his wife, at home, are two children, Britani and Brandon Zimmerman, Rochester; mother, Delores Arnett, Tequesta, Fla.; three brothers, Joey Arnett and wife Sharon, Bob Arnett and Wink Arnett and wife Tammy, all of Rochester; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Preceding in death were his father and one niece, Amy Arnett.
Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with minister Troy Arnett officiating. Burial will be at Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services.
