I have in front of me a photo I made of the gravestone of Jasper Logan Armstrong and Alice R. Abernathy in the old Goshen Cemetery off the Hickory Grove Rd. near Belmont, NC.
They are my great grandparents. Jasper was born June 27, 1857 and died March 24, 1933. I recently completed a supplemental DAR membership through Jasper's great grandfather, Matthew Armstrong. If you give me your e-mail address I can supply other information including Jasper's obituary.
