Reverend O.P.Armour was my Grandfather, He and Uncle Croom are buried in the Nettleton,Ms (Lee County) Cemetary.
The Armour's moved from Marshall County, Ms to Greenwood Springs, Ms about 1900, Mrs Lizzie Croom Armour and Rev Armour had 4 living children, some may have died at birth or their first years. She passed away and he married Minnie Dean Armour and they had 4 children. He was a minister at the Presbyterian Church in Houlka during this time. He also preached a the Methodist Church. The Armour came from Scotland/Ireland in the late 1700's to S Carolina to Tennessee to Mississippi in the early 1800's. I cannot locate key records the records at this time. WE have just started this search.
