I am not researching these families, but I have books on the area because some of my ancestors lived there. From "Year Book, Pasquotank Historical Society, Volume 3" is the following:
"Overman, Ann - Book HIK, page 244 - 9 September 1760 - Sons Samuel, Benjamin, Enoch, Thomas; grandson Reuben; daughters Ann Morgan, Elizabeth Armour, Mary Armour; granddaughter Ann Delon, Exec: sons Benjamin and Enoch Overman.Wit: Wm. Symons, Wm. Wood."
"Overman, Charles, 8 August 1755 - Sons Samuel, Thomas, Benjamin and Enoch; daughters Ann Morgan, Mary Armour, Elizabeth Armour, Hannah Delon.Exec: wife Ann, Thomas Nicholson and Joseph Robinson.Wit: David Jackson, Mary Tart."
(Notice both these make wills make reference to Elizabeth Armour and Mary Armour. There is another will for a Charles Overman who died in 1806, who did have a daughter Sarah, but this was probably too late.)
"Armour, Robert - Book HIK, page 231 - 1 August 1761 - Son Hoshua gets land on which his father lives. If no heir, then land goes to grandsons William and Lonia Armour.Sons: Thomas, Robert and William; wife Elizabeth. No executor named.Witnesses: Menefit Brosher, Elizabeth and Millicent Armour."(Wife Elizabeth could just be a coincidence, but thought it might help.)
