At this point, I don't have any more information. I remember her very well. She was a good business woman. Her husband died after they had only been married for 15 years. She never married again and raised 4 kids and wound up owning several farm around Erick, Oklahoma. The only information I have before her marriage is her father's name. George Armour, her date of birth was Nov 01, 1864. I know she was of Scottish desent. I know that she was Methodist, and I expect her parents were also. Her mother was called Kitty, that is generally a nick name for Catherine. Mollie's name is more than likly Mary, but my Grandfather thought her name was Mollie and that is all any one knew her by. Her middle name was Edwin, and I feel like that is a clue. Someone was named Edwin and I figure she was named after him. She died Dec 06, 1950 and was laid to rest next to her husband, in Stonewall, Oklahoma. She was a very small woman, but in Stature only. The first thing that gives me a place to look is there Marriage license. It says that W.P.Miller of Mc Kenzie State of Tennessee and M.E. Armour of Mc Kenzie State of Tennessee. It also says that they were married at home, but doesn't say who's home. The minister was Rev. John Witt and the Witnesses were John Chapel and Liza Christa. So it was not a sister, She may not have had a sister, Who knows.

I am sending for the death certificate on her. I know that Catherine Lylete, her daughter gave the information, so I hope she knew more than My grandfather did.

I have your email address and I will let you know what I find out, just so the mystery will be solved. I certainly want to thank you for all of your kindness in wanting to help. I wish I could help you out also. Please feel free to email me any time.
