The Armfield family sketch as found in the "History Of Guilford County, NC" is available from the Guilford Co. Genealogical Society. This is a re-print of the original book, by Sallie Walker Stockard. The cost is $18.00, order from:Guilford Co., Genealogical Society-Publications - PO Box 49104 - Greensboro, NC. Anyone having Guilford Co. ancestors this Society is a great one to join. Has one of the BEST Quarterlies available. Joyce Agerton. gigi@seark.net
