Since my last post, I discovered that Richard and Elizabeth had 2 children, Richard Braidwood Armfield (b. Islington, Oct 1828) and Elizabeth Armfield (b. Islington Oct 1830). Richard Armfield was served with fiat in bankruptcy in July 1842 and made bankrupt in October 1843 and nothing much is known of him. His wife Elizabeth and her daughter Elizabeth were running a private school for deaf and dumb children in 1858 - so I know they were alive in that year. Nothing else is known. Any help with that particular family line will be appreciated.
