Joyce: add to your siblings in the family of Joab Armfield and Susannah (Murphey) Armfield the following two children: "Mary A. Armfield, Daughter of J.& S. Armfield, who died May 6, 1839, aged 2 yrs.10 mo.26 da." (from cemetery records of Rush County, Indiana - Walker Township, Manilla Cemetery - a compilation found in the local/family history room of the Rushville, Indiana Public Library) Mary would fit into the gap between Elizabeth Jane (our ancestor) and Rebecca E. and add at the end of the family Robert Armfield,(born circa 1851), Robert Armfield shows up later in Tippecanoe County, Indiana censuses, first in the family of William Conner Lambert and Elizabeth Jane (Armfield) Lambert( 1870 Census i think) and then in his own family with a wife and at least one child(1880 census i think). I have now abstracts of the will of Joseph Daugherty (1847/48) and estate administration of Eleanor(Armfield)Daugherty (1852/53) in Rush County, Indiana. Anyone interested ? How about family group of Isaac Armfield/wife and children,the father of Joab Armfield? can someone help me here?
