He married Anna Elizabeth Hain b. 1699 Palatinate, Holy Roman Emp, Nassau, Germany d. 7 Aug 1775 in Rockingham Co., VA b. Old Peak Mtn. Ch Cemetery, McGaheysville, Rockingham Co., VA. Anna Elizabeth Hain came to America as a widow with her 7 children. Anna & her children first lived with George & Veronica Hain on a farm 7 mi NW of Reading PA. She bought 500+ acres in Lancaster(now Berks) Co, 2 mi N of intersection of Berks & Dauphin Turnpike (US 422) in present day Wernersville PA & the Hains Church Road, 1 mi N of Hains Church. Children: Johann Emerich (John) b. 1717 Palatinate, Germany d. 1775/1776 Augusta Co., VA; daughter b. <1719> Germany; Johann Phillip b. 1721 Germany; Johann Frederich b. 1723 Palatinate, Holy Roman Empire d. 1789/1780 or 90? Augusta Co., VA; Christopher (I question whether it wasn't Johann Christoper--they all went by their middle names except for Johann Emerich who went by John) b. 1725 Germany d. Bef 22 Oct. 1804; Johann George 1729 Germany. I didn't have your ancestor Michael. If you have any more info on him I'd like to have it. I got some of this from the RLDS website which I am never quite certain about. Unfortunately, I did not always note my references when I first started. I have not been able to trace back another generation.
