Bill, I certainly was happy to see your posting in which you included the information on the Peaked Mountain Church. I am a decendent of one of the Elders (Nicholas Miltenberger) that signed the agreement between the Reform and Lutheran Congregations worshipping in the Peaked Mountain Church, Rockingham County, VA on October 31, 1769. I am researching my ggg grandmother, Mary Polly Miltenberger, who was Nicholas' grand daughter. She was born in the 1790s and married in 1813. Your posting has no record of Mary Polly or her brother Jacob. Is this posting only a portion of the history of the Peaked Mountain Church. If so, can you tell me who I should contact to get the remaining information. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you
