My grandmother is armenian. Her maiden name is Anaid Amirayan. I am trying to find information on relatives from her father's side of the family. Her father's name was Avedis Amirayan. He, his wife and their children (Anaid, my grandmother, and her brother), lived in Cairo until approx 1924 when they moved to the UK.
Avedis had 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
One brother named Kaluste had 3 children. We believe that one of these children, a son also named Kaluste, had a daughter who now lives in Los Angeles.
One sister, Marie, had 2 daughters, Marika and Tarquis. Marika had 2 sons, both of whom we believe now live in Armenia. Tarquis had one son, Harry, who we believe lives in the UK.
Finally another sister of Avedis had a daughter named Kayanais. Kayanais herself had a daughter, Loris Agopian, who we belive also lives in the UK.
I should be grateful for any information on any of the above relatives.
