At first I thought you might be my cousin... but your description in your message said otherwise.

Anyway, my father -Calvin- his brothers -Harouchin, Robert and Shnork- and his sister -Mary- all made their way to the US and Canada with my grandmother -Elmas- during the 1950's and '60's. I'm not sure who came first, but my father was probably one of the first of the bunch. His father -Hagop- died around 1934 in Palestine where the family had settled after fleeing Turkey and spending some time in Lebanon as refugees.

By the way, I would be very interested in any books that dealt with the Dadian family...
