Sorry for taking so long to respond. I finally had a chance to loosely translate the section of Teotig's book that is of interest to you. Loosely it states (My comments will follow the quoted text):
"Arisdages Kahana [priest] Yeretsian
Born 17 February 1850 in Maghnisa with a secular/birth name of Hagop, son of Der Arisdages. He studied there under the teacher Temores of Smyrna. He was ordained on 18 April 1907 by Bishop Yeghishe Tourian at the church in Kurk Aghaji and transfered to Menemen."
This confirms that there were multiple generations of priests.
Maghnisa is Manisa which is northeast of Smyrna/Izmir and you can find using google maps.
Menemen can aklso be found via google maps and is north of Smyrna/Izmir.
Kurk Aghaji was another town northeast of Manisa and part of that district.
You can find some these places referenced in Les Armeniens dans l'Empire Ottoman by Raymond Kevorkian and Paul Paboudjian (pages 169-171). There is a picture of dignitaries from Manisa which includes two priests (they are not identified).
These were major centers for Armenians prior to the Genocide with church and colleges.
In my other note, I had completely forgotten that there was another 2 volume history of the Armenians of Smyrna written by Rev. Hagop Kossian and printed in 1899 in Vienna.
