My brother and I played a game with lamb knuckle bone - called arshoug (not sure of spelling) but seems similar to previous posting of the Turkish word. Video is no longer available so can't compare.
We played in the early 1950's, as children, and then in the 1980's friends and I resurrected the game. Learned from my Kharpetsee side grandmother! Quick instructions - throw the bone, depending on which side the bone lands you turn down a finger or not turn down finger. Finger by finger till all fingers closed. By then you are throwing bone with fists, then open all fingers depending on bone toss. If the bone lands on its end you automatically win.
