My brother-in-laws' name is Jack Ayvadian; he was married to my oldest sister Jane Irons; she died October 17, 2009. Jack's fathers' name was Vartan Ayvadian, his mother was Virginia Barsamian. Vartan served in the NJ National Guard and lived in Asbury Park, NJ (Monmouth County) in the early 30's. Jack is 86 years old and lives in Freehold, NJ (Monmouth County) as do I. I went on this site to try and find out some information about his family in order to do a (surprise) booklet of some sort by typing in Ayvadian and the info re Cafesjian came up.

This looks like it might be the same family. What do you think? If it is, I'd be glad to ask Jack any questions you might have. I don't think he's good with a computer, but he's fine with pen and paper!
