OLD OTTOMAN-STYLE ARABIC CALLIGRAPHY--old Egyptian passport

Does anyone read the old Ottoman-style Arabic script or know who can translate? We have an old passport issued in Egypt---we believe it to be our grandfather's, but we can't read a thing. None of the French side was filled in...it's all Arabic, but my son who reads Arabic says it's the old Ottoman style, not standard Arabic. It is all calligraphy and (to our eyes) all runs together. My son can make out a few of the standard words of description like hair, nose, eyes.....He says the script is Arabic, but the words themselves are Turkish. Any ideas how we might decipher?
