Hi Ani

My great-grandmother was a Solakian from Tigranakert.

Her name was Aroosyag (Aris) She was born May 15, 1874 and married Bedros Boyajian on September 6, 1886. Both these events happened in Dikranagerd. Her parents might have been named John and Elizabeth (or rather the Armenian versions of those names). She had these siblings that I know of:

2. Tomas Solakian (18__ - ?)
Marriage, if any, Issue, if any: Unknown
2. Maritza Solakian (? - ?)
m. (?) ___ Nahigian (? - ?)
3. Issue: Unknown
2. Karnig Solakian (9/1888 - 6/24/1950)
m. (5/1/1918) Arpeny Muggerditchian (11/2/1892 - 5/25/1957)

Aroosyag, her siblings, and husband all came to America. Her parents did not and maybe were killed in the Genocide.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Ned
