Dear Lisa,

There is a memorial you might contact, to the Fedayi of Musa Ler off the Highway between Yerevan and Etchmiadzin, adjacent to the Sardarabad Battle Memorial, the village its in is actually called "Musaler". Its a large rust-colored stone structure with a cemetery where many of the fighters of the Karabagh War (who were from Western Armenian Musa Ler) are buried. It's a nice, small but well organized museum that may be able to help. If you speak Armenian I'm sure you could probably get a phone number for the office. You might also see this page for more information:
http://www.armeniapedia.org/index.php?title=Musa_Ler_Memorial_and_Museum

Now I don't think the museum has an actual address, but if you send a letter to here I'm sure it will get there:
Musa Ler Memorial
Musaler, Armenia

Let me know if I can be of any assistance in writing the letter. There is a free Translation service for Armenian on http://www.ArmenianAncestry.com which may help.
