My co-worker said that his father was Carl Andrew Hackal probably born in the mid 1920's and his father took off when my friend was about a year old. I know my friend is 1/2 Armenian his father was Carl Andrew Hackal probably from the Boston Massachusett's area would be around the 1940-50's. I think since my friend is 1/2 Armenian that the name Hackal is a shortened version of something else. I know that most of the Armenian names end in (ian) can anyone out there help me?
