Looking for Egoian or Yeghoian

Hi, I am looking for information about my name. My last name is Egoian, but when my grandmother passed away last year I found some photographs of her relatives from Armenia and she'd written their names on the back spelled 'Yeghoian'. I wondered if there is any information out there about the name, or any relatives perhaps?
