I just checked a genealogical outline I received from Alan Seth of NZ to realize that your Rudy Edgar might have been the son or grandson of Helen Edgar [daughter of Mary Seth and Galaustan Edgar] who married her first cousin Martin Edgar. The Edgars were related to the Zorabs because Rose Edgar, another daugher and sister of Helen married a Zorab. From that link were some of the Zorabs connected to Peter Douglas Zorab.
The latter has never rechecked his postings at the Forum but the Zorabs do have their family tree on the web where I was able to confirm the history. I think the connection is as follows. The children of Rose Edgar and Albert Manook Zorab were George 1898, Edgar Albert, 1894, and Charles Peter, 1902. Edgar Albert's sons were Arathoon 1923-1974 and Harold Charles, 1927. Probably Rudy was a cousin of theirs and son of one of the other brothers.
