Regarding the Arabic Letter, in Ottoman Controlled turkey, they Used the Arabic Alphabet, with The turkish Language, but Since the Fall of the empire the Republic of turkey adopted The Latan Alphabet, so it is pretty difficult to have a letter written in Old turkish translated, since there are very few People around (besides expert Linguists) That are fluent in Old turkish Writing. Good Luck though.
