Still looking for family info on my husband's father, Robert James Argo. His brother was Ernest Argo, he died in a fire around 1965, I think in Galveston, Texas. Their father was also named Ernest Argo, he served in France during WWI.
Robert James Argo's, Grandmother was Cherokee Indian we think, originally from Oklahoma, before Oklahoma was a State. They moved to Odessa, Texas. Her children's names were Louise, Fern, Vergil, Beatrice, Harold, Vera.
Beatrice was living in Galveston, Texas.
Vera had a son named, Sonny.
Fern's married name was Fern W. Goudy, Born 6/26/1916, died 10/27/1943, she is buried in Galveston, Texas.
