I have found my copy of the book called THE HEIRS OF PEGGY A STORY OF THE ARGOS by Ace Lee Argo. I believe him to be one of my great uncles. I have never really read the book but I will now. I will extract names and families from it and post as I go. This book seems to tell the story of the Argos starting with the will of Peggy Addison wife of John Argo and the sum of 2 dollars left to her. I am so excited now!!!! more posts to follow in this thread.
