Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Thdere are about less than 100 persons surnamed Stampone in the Argentina gtelephone directory. Go to www.numbrerway.com for the stampone listings whdere you might see the fuirst namdes that are famikliar to you in your pafrticularf family which wkillarfrow down hyour choices of possible relagtives/

As for the twins, in 1941-42 remember that was at thebeginning of WW11 and so thery must have been born in Argentina since travel would have been severly restricted.
