Dear Julia Assuming yhou are not familiar or know Spanish your better offf going to which is a bi-lingual spnaish/english agency in Buenos Aires who you can contact for a death certificate in your G-grandfathers name in the Rosario City (possibly province of). I have no idea of charges or anything else but you can write directly in SPANISH by going thru www.registro (?) and fill out a form but you have to pay fees and know good Spanish. My MD is leaving for NZ this week with her husband who is from there named KUNis and I rarely get a request from NZ....congruence? Petertimber NYC
