[email protected] They have records of immigrants to Argentina 1882-1920.
For other, I think the best is the Mormon microfilms which have Buenos Aires city, etc.

If you have the opportunity to go to Argentina you may go to the church itself and they will help you out. If your ancestors come from Cordoba, go to the Arzobispado and you can read the original books.
