My father Robert Arends was born in 1913 in St. Libory Nebraska His father was Conrad Arends born in 1879 in St. Libory, he married Dorothy Dingworth who was also born in St. Libory in 1883. They are both buried in Petersburg, Nebraska
My father came from a family of 12 children. We do have relatives from Wisconsin. The only one I can remember is Joe Arends born 1885 died 1971
My father moved to the Chicago area in 1938 and except for being in the service during WWII lived there until he passed away in 2002.
