Does Anyone have a history on the Orgin of the ARELLANO name in the Philippines?

Searching for ancestors of Silvio Arellano b. abt. 1920 Philippines. and died Abt. 1963 - 1964 in San Juan Rizal, Manila. He was married to Louisa JAVIER b. Zam Bales, P.I.

Silvio & Louisa had about 10 children, and I believe they were all born in or around Manila.

I believe the parents of Silvio was a Manuel and Carmen ARELLANO. Would like to put together this branch of the Family for my Children.
