Adeus, born April 17, 1883 (Chat Ch) the s/o Olide Fontenot and Emeline Young, married Corrine Aurine McGee on December 26, 1901 (Crowley Ct. Hse.). Corine was the daughter of Ulysse McGee & Lise Eliza Savoie. Adeus died March 15, 1952, and was buried in St. Paul Cemetery, Eunice. We know of one child, there were probably others:
1. Linda H. Bv. Fontenot, b. 30 Nov 1903 (Eun. Ch.)

Your ancestor, Susie Ranie Fontenot is one of 8 children named. Two living Fontenot males were not identified by name.
I do have Adeus' ancestors all the way back to the progenitors of the Fontenot family in Louisiana:Sgt. Jean Louis Fontenot dit Colin and Louise Angelique Henry.
The Fontenot file is very, large.
Ardeus descends from their son Henri dit Bellevue Fontenot Rev. War Patriot and Marie Louise Doucet. This file alone has more than 1100 pages. No one wants nor needs such a large file. In cases like this, where I believe the individual is interested in learning who ALL their ancestors are, I offer a Ahnentafel File (ancestor ordered)
that lists ALL their ancestors now in my database.
Using Family Tree Maker Program 16 I can print my research
in book format on on 8½ x 11" loose sheets, suitable for binding. This "Book" has a 94-page Ahnentafel Report, a 6-page, 2-column Index, and 573 source notes printed as End Notes. Cost: $25 + $5 S&H.
I can do the same thing with Corrine McGee's ancestors. Right now, I am waiting for my son, Joe. He is taking me
