Sandra Ardis....I must admit I came across the name and must have talked to her but I can't find her e-mail address. I shall keep looking. This is a pity as I was planning to copy her with the material. Any problems, mail me. I can scan the stuff at higher resolution if you are interested (presently it's scanned at 100 DPI).
Please feel free to forward any of the material I send to you to any of our Ardis brethren, rare as they are!
