Hello,
My g-g-grandmother was named Anne Gleeson, and she was born on 6-3-1824, in London Township, Canada. Her father, a Protestant from Tipperary, was either an apothocary or a surgeon with the British army under the Duke of Wellington.
According to my grandmother, Anne's mother's maiden name was Ardiel. I wonder if you have any information concerning an Ardiel-Gleeson marriage in Canada at that time?
Also, is it possible to buy Eileen Junkin's history of the Ardiel family?
