I would be most interested in receiving the information from "Shakespeare's Family". As for documentation regarding Thomas Arden being the son of Walter Arden, unfortunately I have none. I only have seen family files from LDS sites that show that connection: Thomas Arden son of Walter de Arden and Eleanor Hampden, b. 1469 of Wilmcote, which seems strange as the other children are shown as being born 'of Park Hall'. I have always hoped that this was the true connection as the Ardens seem to have had an interesting family history.
As for the Webbs, the information I have, again from LDS family files, is that Webb siblings Abigail, Mary and Henry Alexander married Richard Shakespeare, Robert Arden and Grace Arden respectively. Margaret, daughter of Robert Arden and Mary Webb married her double cousin Alexander Webb, son of Henry Alexander Webb and Grace Arden. Alexander and Margaret had a son Alexander who married Mary Wilson. (This is my husband's line). The line continues Richard Webb+Grace Wilson>John Webb+Anna Basset>Sarah Webb+Robert Price>Elizabeth Price who was taken captive in the infamous Deerfield MA Raid of 1704 and ransomed in Montreal. She there married a French man.
Sorry I am not able to provide any more definitive information, as the Webb/Arden connection to my husband's family is a recently discovered one.
