I searched for the archive viewer on Google. Most sites that offered it produced a warning message that the site might be dangerous. Others were intended for Windows 3.1 and 95/98. Genealogy.com offers library subscriptions that include data from old FTM CDs.
Instead, I can probably find most of the data through JSTOR, Archive.org, and repositories that have subscriptions and paper copies. Life's too short to chase down antiquated software.
Your message made me think about other resources for the information. Thanks for responding.
