Thank you. I can normally see through typo's. I am enough myself.

Thanks for letting us know that you did the CTRL+ALT+SHFT+DownArrow and removing any existing OFFR (Online Family File Report).

Let's check your Family File. Please go to any Family Page and run these two Utilities:

CTRL+ALT+C = FileCompression

Then

CTRL+ALT+SHFT+UpArrow = FileChecker (You'll be asked to Start, click yes)

Are there any Errors?
