Sorry I was so misleading
Item 2 of "1629" asked about existing family finder rport .......... mine was blank but I deleted it anyway and tried creating new one (as instructions say)
this did not help

dua is probably mispelled if there is a correct spelling

I meant What ??? I don't understand this stuff or what to do with it
