Are you using the Microsoft Beta Version 7?
The Family Finder Report is NOT part of Family Tree Maker Version 2009. What was done with the OFFR is done a different way in 2009.
If the issue is really the ability to View the CDs, then you can download the Family Archive Viewer.
Not sure which problem you are trying to solve.
