I AM GETTING THIS SAME MESSAGE I UP GRADED MY FTM TO 2009 AND ALSO MY WINDOWS XP TO 7 I ALSO HAVE JAVA AS THEY TOLD ME BUT STILL CAN'T RUN A FAMILY FINDER REPORT. I E-MAILED TECK SUPPORT THEY TOLD ME THAT VERSION 10 WILL NOT RUN ANYMORE. I FOLLOWED THEIR DIRECTIONS AND NOTHING THEY ARE TELLING US WILL WORK WHAT CAN WE DO IF FAMILY FINDER WON'T WORK I HAVE PURCHASED OVER 100 CD FROM THEM TO HAVE ON HAND SO DOES THIS MEAN I LOST ALL MY MONEY BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM WON'T WORK.. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU GOT YOUR PROBLEM FIXED Notify Administrator about this message?
