If the MyGenealogy.Com shows that you have NO Subscriptions, then the Online Account (login / password) does NOT have an Online Subscription associated with it. I am guessing that you have created multiple Online Accounts.
To Consolidate your Multiple Online Accounts, please go to this website:
In the Question of Keyword" box, enter
and you will see a Knowledge Base Article that should help you.
As to the Firewall Issue, that Knowledge Base article gives you step by step instructions how to deal with this issue.
The Not Available error message MAY be caused by your Firewall.
Please re-read that Knowledge Base article and provide details of what you did, what you saw, or didn't see, from that Article.
