Russ,
Im not saying anything, im just repeating what I se. As far as im concerned, I do have a vlid subscription and have been getting information right along. When you told me to check My genealogy.com for an account, it said I did not have an account. In regard to shutting off the fire wall, I have no idea how to do that because there is nothing in the Windows Help or Norton Anti Virus help that says anything about a fire wall. If you can give me a clue as to where the fire wall is and how I turn it off, I could probably do it. As far as I know, I had my subscription automatically renewed because I got a messafge to that effect and I have been signing in right along and have been pulling the information that my basic subscription allows me to look at.
When I try to run a family finder report against the information in my database, it tells me that the system that family tree maker has to connect to, is not available. It then says try again in a litle while. In other words, it is not telling me that I don'tyt have access to the system or I don't have an acount, it is telling me that they system is not avainable. I assume that someone would get this comment if they were trying to access some information and they had the system shut down or were doing maintenance. SAince it was the holiday, I diden't think much of it until it kept tell me that the system was not available for four and now five days. Thanks
