Yes, I did read all the things you said to read and tried to do the things it said but everything appeared to be set corretly and I diden't have to make any change. Although it talks about removing a firewall, I have no idea where the fire wall is and I haeven'rt seen anything that sais fire wall in what im looking at. When I check the HELP and Norton or Windows xp, it does not recognize the word firewall when I type it in. When I look at Genealogy.com it says that " You don't own any subscriptions". I am able to sign in with my account and access information that the basic subscription allows so I must have a subscriptions. Thanks
