Everything looks like it is set up properly. I could not find the term Firewall anywhere in the help files or in the various sections I was looking at. I am not haveing trouble getting into the system or registering my software on the system, It is telling me that YOUR system is not available at the present time, when I try to run the family finder reporet. I remember this happening years ago and there was a special command that had to be put in. If I don't have a subscription with Family Tree Maker, how am I logging into the system and accessing information? Thanks
