I just checked around the My genealogy.com and it said I diden't have any active subscription. I diden't need to run any report in probably a year. I received an e-mail notice that said they wereautomatically renewing my acconut useing the charge card I used the last time. I have not had any problems logging in and have not had any problems lookinmg for information that comes under my basic subscription. I don't know what the proiblem is. I have windows XP but I don't know what the version is. I have Norton Anti Virus #9 and it hasn't given me problemes with any other program.
