By coincidence I happened to see the request about the origin of the name D'Arce. I remember seeing more than one listing, of 'Joan D'Arce', born in 'Pyrenees' France, I believe the date was 1280. The Father, King Edward 1st of England, the mother was listed as, and I am not sure of this name, "Elenore of spain". That would make the Arce's French, English, or Spanish, whichever you would want!
The LDS Geneology files just list the name D'Arce, Father Edward 1 of England, Mother, Margaret?
