We are looking for descendents and relatives of General Francisco Otalora Arce. He was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in 1831, former Governor of Sinaloa (1876) and Guerrero (1886-92). His wife was Celia, and he didn't have kids with her, but too many other women in his life, one of them was Manuela Romo Zepeda my greatgrand mother with whom he had 3 children: Eva, Francisco y Manuela Arce Romo (being the latter my grandmother). That's how we are related to Francisco Otalora Arce. Former First Lady of Mexico Maria Esther Zuno Arce de Echeverria was his descendent of him and relative of ours as well.
